Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S./DC who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period: 12:00 a.m. PT Monday through 11:59 p.m. PT Sunday of each week (each a ‘Weekly Entry Period’). A new Weekly Entry Period begins each Monday starting on July 1, 2025. 

How to Enter

Follow Entry (one‑time only).

Follow @pub365 on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/pub365/ Completing this step once earns one (1) Follow Entry for the current Entry Period only. Un‑following and re‑following will not generate additional entries.

Comment Entry (ongoing).

While still following @pub365, post one (1) original comment on any PUB 365 feed post (photo, video, or reel) that is published during a Weekly Entry Period. Limit: one (1) Comment Entry per post per person. Additional comments on the same post or comments that repeat identical text, emojis‑only, or apparent bot activity will be disqualified. Each qualifying comment earns one (1) entry in the Weekly Entry Period in which the comment is made.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”).

To enter without Instagram, send email to [email protected] with the subject line "PUB365 Instagram Follow Entry" during the Weekly Entry Period. Limit 1 AMOE entry per post, per person, matching the Instagram comment opportunity.

Entry Limits (summary)

Maximum one (1) Follow Entry per person in their lifetime. Maximum one (1) Comment Entry per PUB 365 post, per Weekly Entry Period. The total number of Comment Entries available in any given Weekly Entry Period equals the number of eligible PUB 365 feed posts published that month. Entrants must still be following @pub365 at the time of winner selection to remain eligible.

Prizes (Three (3) winners will be selected each week):

• One (1) $50 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $50)

• One (1) $25 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $25)

• One (1) $15 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $15)

Total ARV: $90 per Entry Period. Credit valid for 30 days from issue, cannot be exchanged for cash, used for gratuity, or combined with other offers. Alcohol redemption subject to Nevada law; valid U.S. government ID required.

Winner Selection/Odds: Each Friday beginning on July 11, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the prior Weekly Entry Period to select three (3) winners. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification/Verification: Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (or email/mail for AMOE entries) and must respond within 48 hours with requested information or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

Claiming Your Prize:

Winners must respond to the prize notification within 48 hours to remain eligible. Once verified, each winner will receive one (1) digital or printed voucher valid for the specified Food & Beverage Credit amount. Vouchers must be claimed within six (6) months of issue and redeemed in a single visit at PUB 365. No partial redemptions or carryovers will be honored. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be used for gratuity or combined with other offers. Winners must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of redemption. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Disputes/Governing Law: Sweepstakes governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Winners List: Within five (5) business days after each Weekly Entry Period, Sponsor will announce the winners by posting their Instagram @handles (or first name, last initial and state, if preferred) on the official @pub365 Instagram account—both in a feed post and in a permanent “Winners” Story Highlight—where the information will remain visible for at least sixty (60) days.  Anyone may also obtain a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Winners List Request” within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing.
