Sweepstakes Period: 12:00 a.m. PT on the 1st day of each calendar month through 11:59 p.m. PT on the last day of that month (the “Entry Period”). 

How to Enter

Follow Entry (one‑time only).

Follow @pub365 on Instagram via the QR‑linked entry page.Completing this step once earns one (1) Follow Entry for the current Entry Period only.Un‑following and re‑following will not generate additional entries.

Comment Entry (ongoing).

While still following @pub365, post one (1) original comment on any PUB 365 feed post (photo, video, or reel) that is published during a Monthly Entry Period.Limit: one (1) Comment Entry per post per person. Additional comments on the same post or comments that repeat identical text, emojis‑only, or apparent bot activity will be disqualified.Each qualifying comment earns one (1) entry in the Monthly Entry Period in which the comment is made.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”).

To enter without Instagram, visit  PUB365LV.com/win during the Monthly Entry Period, select the PUB 365 post of your choice, and submit the form. Limit 1 AMOE entry per post, per person, matching the Instagram comment opportunity.

Entry Limits (summary)

Maximum one (1) Follow Entry per person in their lifetime.Maximum one (1) Comment Entry per PUB 365 post, per Monthly Entry Period.The total number of Comment Entries available in any given Monthly Entry Period equals the number of eligible PUB 365 feed posts published that month.Entrants must still be following @pub365 at the time of winner selection to remain eligible.

Prizes (per Entry Period):

• One (1) $50 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $50)

• One (1) $25 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $25)

• One (1) $15 PUB 365 Food & Beverage Credit (ARV $15)

Total ARV: $90 per Entry Period. Credit valid for 30 days from issue, cannot be exchanged for cash, used for gratuity, or combined with other offers. Alcohol redemption subject to Nevada law; valid U.S. government ID required.

Winner Selection/Odds: On or about the 1st business day following each Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select three (3) winners. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification/Verification: Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (or email/mail for AMOE entries) and must respond within 48 hours with requested information or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Entrants release Instagram and Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation or prize use. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Personal information collected is used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Disputes/Governing Law: Sweepstakes governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Winners List: Within five (5) business days after each Monthly Entry Period, Sponsor will announce the winners by posting their Instagram @handles (or first name, last initial and state, if preferred) on the official @pub365 Instagram account—both in a feed post and in a permanent “Winners” Story Highlight—where the information will remain visible for at least sixty (60) days. Anyone may also obtain a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Winners List Request” within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing.
